the technician was very very good . he was at my side within 30 minutes of my call. the day before labor day, excellent
I called about 4pm and reported my ac unit was down and no power to the thermostat. i had just gotten out of surgery and couldn't do any troubleshooting myself. They immediately sent out a tech who diagnosed and fixed a plugged drain line causing a high float switch cutoff. Thanks for the quick dispatch and fix!
