Service and furniture are top. notch. Karen Somerville was excellent and very helpful throughout the entire process. We bought a dining table annd it had a very small problem. They sent over a furniture repairer, John from Rados Refinishers, right away and he had it fixed quickly and it is perfect now. We will buy all our new furniture there from Karen.
Great experience at Jordans. Jason was very professional and knowledgeable in helping me choose the carpet I was looking for. He listened carefully and then showed me what was available. I was able to take my time thinking about it, and took some samples home - highly recommended as the light is different in ones' home. Horrible location, didn’t feel comfortable parking my vehicle. Even though there was only a couple other customers, I could not find a sales person to help me the entire time I was in the store. Overall, I found the prices very high for the quality of furniture.
The best customer service ever! Sam at the Douglas St branch is nothing less than exceptional! Buy here without any hesitation! We bought a carpet at a great price. Selection was so great too!
