Eva at Jordan’s furniture on Douglas in Victoria BC was helpful and professional and helped us find the perfect chair for our needs. We wanted a swivel recliner chair that would turn 360° and was motorized and she helped us find that.

I appreciated the excellent customer service I received at the Victoria store from Sammy. He went above and beyond to rectify an issue and had innovative ideas on another area rug purchase.
Jayson Elisterio service was awesome when I visited the store last saturday. The store also has a lot of selections which are very practical and tailored fit to my need. I will surely comeback when I finalize my flooring requirements.
