I bought a carpet at Jordan’s in Victoria. I dealt with Sammy. He is absolutely wonderful. He came with the delivery people and put the carpet down. I was not sxure about it, as it felt a bit too traditional. I went back to see Sammy and told him how I felt. He started from scratch with me again, until I found something I thought would work. Jonathan was good. Great communication, always happy to get the extra information requested. The delivery crew of Cooper and Aiden were, prompt, professional and very helpful.
We had an outstanding experience with our carpet installation! From start to finish, Jason Elesterio was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. He took the time to help us choose the perfect carpet color, and we've already received so many compliments from family and friends on how beautiful it looks.
