Dianne is great! Wasn't sure what kind of flooring I wanted but knew I didn't want a dark colour. She showed me around, we talked colours and different ideas. In the end, I couldn't find the white wash/wood idea I was looking for, but glad I went in.

Rica was wonderful to deal with! So patient and explained the whole process.
Rica was very easy to deal with and communicated well throughout our installation. Chad and Dan were as helpful and accommodating as we could ask for. Flexible with their schedule and excellent installation work. We will be using them again for the rest of our carpet installs.
Had a good experience with salesperson Rica and Tokhi Brothers installers. We had to search to get a match as our desired colour is no longer in vogue in any flooring stores. Rica helped us choose something that would work. She set us up with Jan from Tokhi Brothers who did an excellent job installing. Happy with the result.
