Great experience with Rica. In the beginning I got a discount right away on the vinyl planks’ price before I had even ask. She informed me on the entirety on the processes: from procurement of planks, schedule on onsite estimates, payments, schedule of installation. She even suggested how I could save a little money. The person at the store was very lovely and helpful, and it really felt like she put my best interest as a priority. Installation was very quick and done very professionally. The guy who did the Installation was very nice and made sure everything was left clean and tidy. Overall price for materials and installation was also the best I found in the area. Very happy!

My husband and I went to buy a rug. A woman named Rica helped us. She was vey helpful and polite. My husband and I liked a rug, but we needed to go back home to make sure we had the correct measurements. She kept the store open a few minutes past closing, just so we could come back to pick up the rug
