Rica was such an incredible help with our flooring needs in our reno! We had gone with a different company which turned into a bunch of runarounds. The sales lady helped us score a great 5 x 7 floor rug from the clearance area. The quality is excellent and looks amazing.
Totally rude customer service,, i called and tried to ask about flooring product. And she totally ignored and cut the phone while i was talking. Can’t even give 2 minutes to their clients. Lady please do not bring your personal issues to work and stop being rude . Then you guys say we are so slow , business and dead and blah blah blah.
