They were knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process easy. The installer, Jan Tokhi, has been fantastic. Rica and the team were great to deal with. We are very happy with our flooring.
Dianne is great! Wasn't sure what kind of flooring I wanted but knew I didn't want a dark colour. She showed me around, we talked colours and different ideas. In the end, I couldn't find the white wash/wood idea I was looking for, but glad I went in.
