What excellent service from Jordans Flooring Nanaimo. Shawn was so helpful in answering all my questions regarding my carpeting requirements. He did not try to upsell and was honest about what I needed and didn't need to purchase. In future, I will be contacting this company. I would definitely recommend!

I've had the best experience with Shawn from Jordans Flooring from the first moment I spoke with him to discuss the flooring needs we had and the particulars that made the choice of flooring and installation of the flooring somewhat complex. Our flooring purchase and installation was exceptional. Shawn is very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. He took the time to help us make the right flooring choices and booked the flooring installation with experienced installers. Dale and Steve are exceptional floor installers, they are extremely efficient, very attentive to detail, timely and take the time to answer any questions.
