Shawn and the team at Jordan's were patient and professional and answered all our questions, while choosing, installing and maintaining our floor. We could not have asked for a better experience and are thrilled with our new floor!
We found the perfect rug for our living room. Excellent variety of colors and sizes. Shawn was very helpful and our purchase was wrapped and ready to go when we returned for pick up.
After almost 15 years of doing business with this location, and in particular with one employee, Shawn Elwood, it was time for a review. I've had great service and support from Shawn since I first came to this store. Been very satisfied with the flooring products recommended. Plus he is just a nice, friendly guy overall.
On returning to retire on mid Island and build an Old World Designed residence - Jordans fulfilled all our needs. Service - —Good Pricing—Quality carpets —wooden flooring—tiles — -Installers —work was perfection plus! Storage—very important — —Builder contacted Shawn Elwood and each product was delivered to site on time.
Very disappointed in my expensive new wall-to-wall carpet that I had installed 9 months ago. The bedrooms are fine but the living room carpet has a ridge all the way down the centre of the room. After 8 months of frustration I had Jordans send someone to investigate and he said that the problem was with the underlay. Last week I had an installer here to rip up the whole living room carpet and replace the underlay. It did not solve the problem.
