We had such a great experience purchasing our new dining set from Jordan’s. We were in the store a few times over the course of a few weeks and everyone we spoke to was amazing…. We had a bit of a hiccup with arranging delivery, as the delivery company quoted us a higher rate than we were expecting. Wonderful experience buying furniture through Jordan’s Home Nanaimo. Working with Julie, interior designer & manager, she was available for support from beginning to completion of project. After struggling to complete our design for our spaces, Julie came to our house. Her design ideas & vision inspired me to move forward. We are thrilled with the outcome, quality & comfort of our new furnishings & rug.
Stephen was so helpful in working with us to get a quality carpet that worked with our budget and specifications. He is an excellent communicator and very organized. The scheduling of our install was perfect and everything came together without a hitch. Such a positive and stress less experience! And we love how our stairways look!
We recently had our carpet removed and found the floor under was cracked and uneven. Meemo and his Team were incredible to work with. He explained how it could be remedied to even out. Meemo ensured me it would not impact the duration of the job. Gabriel helped me select the best durable flooring planks.
