Wonderful experience buying furniture through Jordan’s Home Nanaimo. Working with Julie, interior designer & manager, she was available for support from beginning to completion of project. After struggling to complete our design for our spaces, Julie came to our house. Her design ideas & vision inspired me to move forward. We are thrilled with the outcome, quality & comfort of our new furnishings & rug.
Stephen was so helpful in working with us to get a quality carpet that worked with our budget and specifications. He is an excellent communicator and very organized. The scheduling of our install was perfect and everything came together without a hitch. Such a positive and stress less experience! And we love how our stairways look!
We recently purchased new laminate flooring for our home and we couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff, especially Shawn, we're fantastic with recommendations for our older home and picking the right product for us. The flooring turned out great and has made a huge difference in modernizing our house. Thanks again!
The salesperson was knowledgeable and extremely helpful with our install dates. The installer Muayyad (aka MeMo) was excellent. We had some subfloor issues and he was very helpful with fixing them within our budget and our tight time lines. The installer was friendly, professional, honest and very skilled/knowledgeable. He also did a very complicated vinyl floor wrap on our stairs and even taught me how to replace a damaged tile for those future scratches. Highly recommend.
What a great experience. Stephen Judd (the sales manager) answered all of our questions regarding all of the the flooring options. He provided large samples to take home which made choosing the right product so easy. Excellent communication with Stephen from the start of the project right through to completion. Patrick (installer) was excellent. He arrived at the appointed time and got right to work. He levelled our very unlevel floor on day one.On day two laid the floor and mounted new baseboards.
