Shawn E. was super helpful. Not pushy, but rather there to help us understand the differences in area rugs, and select the one that would work best in our space. He followed up with care instructions as promised by email, and even threw in a bottle of spot cleaner. He had two other employees help roll up the carpet, and carefully load it into our vehicle. 5/5 would buy from again.
What a great experience. Stephen Judd (the sales manager) answered all of our questions regarding all of the the flooring options. He provided large samples to take home which made choosing the right product so easy. Excellent communication with Stephen from the start of the project right through to completion. Patrick (installer) was excellent. He arrived at the appointed time and got right to work. He levelled our very unlevel floor on day one.On day two laid the floor and mounted new baseboards. Recently purchased another carpet at Nanaimo Jordan's Store! Wow, they now have a great selection of furniture, decor and carpets. New Manager, Julie, is an interior designer and the store displays reflect her talents. Customer service is outstanding! I took a carpet home and it just wasn't what I wanted. I was encouraged to bring it back and choose another. In addition, I was able to take advantage of the sale. Love my new refreshed look in my living room now. Great place to consult and shop!!!
Checked out Jordan’s Flooring today in their new location. So much more than just flooring! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Same great service we experienced with them when we built our house 30 years ago. Thanks Shawn!
Our first time into Jordans Flooring to research some new hardwood flooring we need and spent some time looking at area rugs. Mitchell helped us out with information on stair runners and rugs and we found a beautiful wool area 5’x8’ rug which will be perfect on our new floors, once we have those on the go! Quite impressed with the selection of products at Jordans and the price points are very good also!
