We had a couple of 9x12 mock Oriental rugs in the basement. One had been rolled up since we moved about 10 years ago; the other was in my son's mancave! (You can imagine the spills.) Chris came by to clean them and they look great. We had them in the garage and they were dry by the end of the day. Jordan's was very easy to work with - even when I had to reschedule at the last minute - and very reasonable.
