Would give 0 stars if that were an option. The owner Karen Mangeney is very unprofessional. My mom didn’t put insurance on a stylebox (since Karen has never stated it is required) and was charged for the damages after the post office left the box in the rain. The owner requested the tracking information, which was sent to her in a timely manner, so that her roomate could bring the box inside when it arrived.
