RecommendedCole at the beach house was unbelievably helpful when we lost our car key in the water sometime during our two hours of paddle-boarding (which was a really great experience, by the way!). Thanks for the phone charger and for connecting us to the park ranger and the coolest locksmith around! Hope you get a raise - you are the epitome of customer service!

Rented a boat and it was in poor shape. None of the gauges worked, the stereo didn't work and there wasn't even a ladder - where it was supposed to be. The prices are higher than most states I have been to but the boats are the worst condition. I tried to bring it up with the manager and all he did was apologize. I would not describe the staff as professional or friendly. It was an expensive day for a way below average experience. I wouldn't rent equipment from them again.
