J & W are the absolute worst condo corp, they are a bunch of thieves. They make you sign parking agreements, you live there for X amount of time and then withhold your money because you didn’t give them 30 days notice even though they’ve already filled the spot. So essentially getting paid twice for the spot and won’t even give me access to my spot for the remaining 30 days. Avoid these people at all costs, rude and dumb!
