RecommendedVery friendly staff, always helpful
A friend of mine had to have her family’s elderly cat euthanized today. The staff was reportedly flippant throughout the entire visit. Then the vet refused to sedate the little cat before administering the euthanasia shot! It’s not the vet’s choice! Afterward, the staff wanted to wrap the little cat up in a plastic bag, like they do the ones that are left behind. The front desk was extremely rude and callous, and absolutely aggravated an already traumatic experience.
RecommendedThey have always been very helpful with a kind staff to do business with. My Jolie likes them also and that’s what really counts to me! Haha Seriously, I do recommend them highly.
I am so disappointed, brought my dog there for 15 years and when I needed them in her last days they abandoned me. Thank goodness for bridge city animal hospital.
Jordan Veterinary saves the day again. Our Lizzy sure gets into a lot of trouble. She hooked herself in the ear, tongue, and paw. Billy Jordan was able to free her in no time. This is the third time in her short little life that Lizzy has had to visit Jordan’s for something that was emergency related. Each time the entire staff has been nothing but helpful and kind.
I've had three of my four dogs there since moving to Vidor and I'm very impressed with them. Also, the place is so clean you could probably eat off the floor!! Highly recommend!!!
