Friendly staff and great care
This place is a joke and is completely unorganized. I would avoid this place at all costs. You will be scammed and will get medical bills for services you didn’t even get. Customer service is out the door and good luck getting a hold of customer service they will just read the same talking point over and over. So if you’re on the side of the road and the closest medical facility is Jordan valley really contemplate on dying because I’d rather die then go back to Jordan valley and that is saying something.
Anne made our entire visit fun & comfortable! She deserves a raise!!! I came in with excruciating tooth pain and she just had me laughing the whole time. Unfortunately, while I was there, my tooth decided it was fine so nothing was really resolved (I ended up having an emergency root canal 2 days later) but that's not the fault of anyone there. The staff were all kind and friendly. Anne, though... 🤌 she made the whole experience! Thanks, Anne! If you move to SF, can we come visit? Lol 🫶
