Called 2 weeks ago to schedule an MRI. Told them I wanted to go to the diagnostic center in Riverton. I was told that was fine but they can not do the contrast so I would have to go to Jordan Valley to get the contrast and then head over to the Riverton center after. They scheduled me a 1:00 appt for the contrast but when I called to confirm they had screwed up and scheduled my MRI at Jordan Valley. I had an ectopic pregnancy that ends in a broken falopian tube(Sergury). I am still alive. I am so happy that they were very professionals and they saved my life. Not only that Common Spirit Financial Assistance went beyong on me and cover the mayority of my bills. For first time in my life I am feeling I am not alone in this. One of the worst hospitals I've ever had to go to, was having a heart attack entered the emergency they had me sit there in pain for 20 minutes before anyone would help me, the person at the counter said it was shift change, they took me back waited for another 10 minutes. I was so frustrated by them I walked out and went to riverton hospital they took me right in and started preforming test right away, I highly recommend riverton hospital over this place.
This is the best ER I have ever been to, hands down, and I’ve been to quite a few. I have a few rare health conditions that I usually have to explain to my doctors and nurses. Not here! They are all very well educated, and that in itself is wonderful. I was treated by an amazing team, CJ was my triage nurse, and she was kind and patient with me when adding my gazillion different allergies into their system (it’s a lot of work to even add 1) and it was so refreshing to not have to explain how my health issues effected me (sam... read more
