I had to take my son to emergency and we were helped really fast didn't have to wait for hrs like other places , employees were very helpful and super nice thank you for taking care of us .

My husband was taken to Holy Cross Hospital for an emergency situation. From the moment we arrived we were treated with kindness and compassion from the staff in the ER. First of all, much thanks to Melissa for taking great care of my husband. I also want to give a special shout out to Marci. She went way and above to make sure that I was well taken care of and doing okay while my husband was being treated. She helped me remain calm during a difficult time. It was much appreciated!

I did not want morphine at the ER to be clear i cried over it and unfortunately/ fortunately that’s what they gave me for my physical pain/nausea/pain of stomach sharp stabbing feelings. I haven’t been that nauseous this last 2-3 weeks after the visit. I’m very surprised at the doctor’s care even if i didn’t want the medicine because it helped me long term . will send you one bill then send your other bill to collections, giving no option to work something out. 30 min e.r visit with some tylenol for a 2 year old having a seizure. cost me over $2000 . terrible experience , will never go to this hospital. i also have been there one other time where i drove my self to the hosptial because of extreme pain in the middle of the night parked infront of the hospital, and they asked me if i could go move my car when i could barely walk. they basically ended up cutting me open for no reas... read more

Severely understaffed and incredibly slow. My wife was in severe pain and they took FOREVER to come in and even start an IV. I waited by the nurses station for around 10 minutes for a nurse and none ever came. I had to call them out from down the hall to get any attention.
