I needed a new PCP because mine was no longer in network. The scheduler said they were accepting new patients but she had to gather information about me to decide whether or not I was a good fit. I don't know what their criteria was but the scheduler was insensitive and chuckling as I answered everything the best I could on the spot. The people here are fantastic and the doctors are wonderful :) Some people expect robotic customer service and feel entitled, I think. This is a busy clinic. Get to your appointment on time or sooner, have your insurance cards and information ready, be patient with the doctors as they visit other patients, get in and get out. The doctors are worth it! Don't sweat the small stuff.

The office hours say open at 8. We call and it says they are closed. We cant get someone to answer until 9. We show up on time to appt, NO ONE ELSE is waiting, we've been sitting here for 20 minutes. I ask the receptionists how long it'll take, they say "oh soon". Quite frustrating. HOWEVER, Dr Hawkins is easy to talk to and you feel safe expressing yourself to him. He likes to lightly joke to keep a positive vibe but he takes what you say serious of course.

Not sure about the care offered here but the receptionist is very rude, for no reason, and hung up on me before answering my question.
