Ordered a lawn ornament in July 2021, was told it would ship within 2 weeks. After several calls and emails I received the item in October. It was to late to put out so I left it in the box for safe storage. I open the box in April 2022 and found out it was just the glass piece, no lawn stake, nothing on the glass to attach it to. It has been over a year ago I paid for a Veterans Ball from Jordan Valley Glassworks. Two years ago I saw on the news where Jordan Valley Glassworks releases glass blown balls into the river for Veterans who have died. My bother was in the Navy and had passed away, so I thought what a wonderful and thoughtful idea. I purchased a glass ball with my brothers name and words I wanted put onto the ball. There seems to be a shift to less quality items. The beautiful glass globes on light fixtures and pendants are gone. The beautiful tear drop globes now have faces with cheap looking hair. Very disappointed ☹️

I am sorry you feel that way. The quantity of our stock was effected by the shutdown for covid, as we were not able to create products for over 16 weeks, followed by me injuring my hand requiring surgery. So larger products have been extremely difficult for me to produce this summer. Our garden divas were created to raise funds for a local program and are not to everyones taste.We certainly appreciate your input and hope that you change your mind and visit again outside of a worldwide pandemic.
