Not happy, schedule a procedure that requires prep but forget to call with the time. Of course they remembered to call for payment b4. Then after I have 1 doctor canceling my return appointment by a different doctor. Can't even get 2 doctors in same building to agree what's next so I wait another month to talk to 3rd doctor, I can hardly wait! So apparently butt bleeding is not important and can wait months.
Nurse practitioner Jordan is great - he really listens to your concerns and I did not feel rushed through the appointment at all. He took time to go over my options with me, both conservative and surgical. I will definitely recommend this office to my friends.

Nightmare! Dr B was nice, listened and answered my questions. That's why I'm giving 1 star. The staff is absolutely worthless. They don't answer phones, don't return calls, and didn't give me my medical results that I was waiting for. The medical assistant was even annoyed when I called in to ask about them. Eventually I had to go physically to the office. When I came in the receptionist and the medical assistant where just chatting. When I asked them why they didn't return my calls they asked: "Did you leave a message?" "Ye... read more
