I am in need of a new primary care physician and was referred to Dr Amelia Maas, by another Dr. When I called In to schedule an appointment, I was told that they aren’t accepting any patients with ADD or ADHD. I was pretty shocked that a Dr would choose to DISCRIMINATE against any class of people. Absolutely HORRENDOUS experience with Dr. Piacitelli and the rude staff. Dr. Piacitelli refuses to bill patients insurance using the CORRECT CODE. Her actions have resulted in MANY patients finding their insurance refuses to pay and they are stuck with outlandish bills.

Worst office. Don’t bother giving them your insurance info or they like to just add random insurance info that you never had or they loose it, their billing department looses your payments. Doctors are awesome but the administration staff are terrible. Can’t reach your Dr. on the weekend? It’s because the operator likes to hang up on you. Takes 2 weeks to get your meds refilled. They like to file important military documents instead of sending them where they need to go when you ask or they just loose it. Sounds like a lot o... read more
