I have had multiple issues with Jordan valley with multiple billing issues to the rude receptionists I want to have my blood drawn three times with an appointment and they turned me away each time my suggestion is to find a batter place for your heath care or go to your local veterinary clinic you'll be better off
Trying to get meds refilled here is so aggravating, they tell you to put your request in two day is advance and that 2 days in advance always lands on a weekend it seems so you can't ever count on having meds refilled on time. My meds ran out today and myself and my pharmacy has requested the refills a number of times and I got a response from Shelly H saying please put in your request 24-48 hours before your prescription ends but if that lands on a Saturday that isn't possible to do because their office and the pharmacy is ... read more
Boy Jordan valley made a hugeistake not having Dr trumble in the office anymore, now all the patients are suffering the other Drs inability to send a simple prescription to the pharmacy
Had Brian smith and was getting meds through him. But honestly I feel like the behavioral health does not care about the people that are being treated. I wish dani Eddings was still my Dr!
