Please tell me how you are an addiction clinic but provide an addict with pregabalin? Y’all straight up got manipulated! He goes in to get off 7oh and out on suboxone but yet gets prescribed pregabalin which is a narcotic by just saying he is in pain? You don’t bother to check or look up his medical history? Wow way to assist him in recovery thumbs up Jordan Valley!

They said I had hypnotic abuse disorder when I never did as a matter of fact they prescribed me the hypnotics and I asked to be taken off of them because I was labeled as hypnotic abuse disorder I always passed my urine tests yet when I had my disability hearing there was the lie they slapped in my file in my denial letter also never filed out the paperwork my lawyer gave me to have them fill out so I had no medical source statement at my hearing so the judge used only good observations of me in office from the same Dr that ... read more
Dr Meadows is an amazing person and Therapist. His careful attention to detail led to a much more appropriate diagnosis for me, His groups and one on one sessions changed my life. He has filled a need in the community that was greatly needed and I will always be grateful to him and his programs.
