I want to say something really good about my pain management team at Jordan Valley Community Health Center. Lead by John Fenton Derringer FNP. Derringer in particular is ethical, empathetic, kind, and very professional. I give him/them, because it does take a village, 5 stars. He always shows his human side while staying on topic. I especially appreciate that he reads the notes back to me for my approval. Including me in my health care.
If I could give 0 stars I would. You guys are awful.
I have never seen such a poorly ran establishment. We have been calling for a month now for the emergency line. Every time we can "oh sorry it's booked." You guys need to do better. Awful.
If I could give negative stars I would. The dentist here should not have a license to practice. First he filled three small cavities and all three came out within a years time. One on my upper right he did not get all the decay so it was more problematic when it did fall out. When I had these fixed( I had to pay twice) he filled a larger cavity that was only there from his mistake before. After he was finished he said well you may need a root canal.
