Took my daughter to see the emergency dentist on 7/4/2023. I was told the cost would be $85 up front and I paid that with my debit card. They took an x-ray of 2 teeth and did nothing for the problem tooth. The next day all debit cards on my account were rejected. Jordan Valley had charged my debit card over $800. 2 weeks ago I was given a paper by housing authority that my doctor had to fill out. I took it to my JV that day & the girl at front desk said I had to make an appointment to have it sighed. 2 weeks later, last Friday I went to my appointment, took report from another dr...she didn't even look at that, she then told me that i couldn't expect her to sign this paper just cuz I brought it to her today,...not taking into consideration that I recieved it 2 weeks prior to my appointment & wasn't allowed to leave it for her to "Res... read more

Im very upset because today when I tried scheduling a dental appointment, the lady on the line told me she couldnt speak to me because Im 17. This lady over spoke me and yelled at me and then HUNG UP! Like my grandma is in the other room, and I was going to have her schedule it but every time I called back she did the same thing and wouldnt let me talk! She just kept hanging up! Ive never been so disrespected here and its just upsetting. Also she refused to give me her name .

Hello, I've used the services of Jordan Valley Health Center on two separate occasions. I payed cash at time of services on both occasions. And both times I get, a **** in the mail, demanding payment. I did retain a receipt for my safety on both occasions. Not only a hasell to solve, but it is also unprofessional. It really makes me wonder how many times this has happened to others. And is payed without questioning.

After being a long term patient for over 10 years and all have been good, my Dr. Dr ******** retired. Now I have Dr. ****** who seems to be good. Problem is I and ********* can't seem to get my prescriptions refilled. Dr. ****** says when you runout ,just call and I'll have them refilled. Dr. ******** would have 3 or4 or so months of prescriptions all ready for when they're needed.
