Never one to write a review but am thoroughly disappointed with Jordan Thomas. 1. I am a new customer and I have never even walked in the Salon and already have a bad taste in my mouth. 2. I had a gift card and was planning to use it to receive a $150 facial. While I am aware others time is just as important as mine, I canceled the appointment on a SUNDAY while my appointment was that Tuesday. I canceled via Text- not only once but twice.
