If I ever end up leaving Pittsburgh, Jordan Tax will be one of the biggest reasons. Their system is fundamentally flawed and causes extreme frustration for taxpayers.
Don't send a bill regularly, then when they do it has a service charge. Can only pay online, and only 150 dollars at a time! Which means I have to go online 4 days in a row to pay my bill...who does business this way? How efficient is this business being run? And don't get me started about the "friendliness" of the employees on the phone..horrible!
