I called ro ask for help to file my LTR and the lady asked for my social. Then she said you're just going to use your w-2 to fill it out...so why did you ask me for my social just to tell me that? Obviously if I'm calling for help it's because there's something I'm not understanding? In the end the call was a waste of my time and breath. Very unhelpful. I was too missed to even ask who I was talking to.
Patty Barrett who works there is not very friendly or helpful.
I have had the worst experience with the service. Rude, ignorant and not helpful at all. I got hung up on by someone that told me their name was Red and then one word answers via email. The municipalities using this company should all reconsider.
