Horrible. Sent me a lean notice saying I owed over $700. Tried to contact them left multiple messages. No return call. Next month got a bill with about a 200 dollar credit. This company has no idea what they are doing. I have considered suing for the destress they keep putting me through. At this point I have no idea what I actually owe
Worst collection company ever. This company can not seem to apply payment correctly have had issue since January I submitted my payment through my online banking app on the day I get the.bill. The bank sends he check seven days later. Recently my checks have cleared my bank account well before sewage bill is due but they do not apply it to my account correctly. In fact, this month they still have not processed my check when the.check was sent by my bank on July.11th and today is July 23rd. Not sure what change at this compan... read more
Absolutely the worst!
They took forever to send our tax documents for our closing on our house. We tried to call to get a tracking number or just anything so we could close, but they were zero help. This caused us to roll our closing into the next month and incur additional interest that we had to pay. My realtor called Jordan Tax Service a “necessary evil.”
I wonder why they get such negative reviews? I know, they are extremely rude and unprofessional.
