Very kind people!
The worst company I ever seen, I don't know how people like this can be managing in Pittsburgh, a shame
Been trying to reach them for over 6moth they never answer the phones
Absolutely horrible business. No one who works there has a clue what they are doing. During tax season I pay them the money they claim I owe them. Now 4 months later, I get a refund check in the exact same amount that I paid them?! So I never owed you the money in the first place?! I would leave zero stars if I could.
I overpaid my school tax last year and have been contacting them for 6 months for my refund. I was told it was approved 4 months ago but no one knows when it will be issued. Craig never returns my calls. Im getting the borough involved for help now.
