Mostly positive! I am frustrated that there was not a follow through when I reported pain, discomfort and inability to sleep.
Everyone one was great. Jordan and Britney were very professional. They listen and explained every detail to me. They made me feel at ease about my upcoming surgery.
All of the staff is very friendly and competent the only problem is that they are understaffed! I waited in the ER waiting room for 4 hours and then another 3 hours before I was finally admitted! But my hospital stay was as pleasurable as it could be.
