I am so thankful to have Dr Skees as my OB. I’ve seen a few doctors at another practice and before I always felt rushed and unimpressed by the lack of bedside manner. I have essential tremors and annual visits make me extra jumpy. This is my second year coming to Dr Skees and her team and from the moment I arrive, I feel cared for and listened to. Went for my confirmation appointment at Advent Lake Mary. Very unprofessional, heard the entire conversation with the staff outside of my door, where she proceeded to state that I could have an ectopic pregnancy or miscarriage without even meeting me. I walked out in tears and OBGYN with excellent bedside manner.
