I visited Dr. Sisto on October 27, the same day he prescribed a medication. Subsequently, the company contacted me, informing me that the medication was not covered by my insurance. I promptly called his office, leaving a message, and also sent an email, but unfortunately, I have yet to receive a response. Nearly a month has passed, and I have an upcoming follow-up appointment scheduled for December 1. Given their lack of communication, I am hesitant to recommend this office to others.
