I have really enjoyed working with Jordan as my therapist. She is patient, straightforward, asks insightful questions, good-natured, and easy to talk to. The room she practices out of is cozy and easy to settle into. I love the fountain in the little courtyard and often sit there before or after sessions for a few minutes. Her practice is conveniently located with easy access from New Braunfels or San Marcos, so no matter where I'm coming from I can get there easily. I've been seeing Jordan for over two years now and can honestly say she's helped me navigate one of the trickiest times of my life. She's also helped me work through some pretty intense past stuff. She listens well, shows empathy, and offers unique insight. She is compassionate and also offers moments of much needed accountability. There's a good balance there. I've attended a community networking event for counselors with Ms Robertson and thoughtful, informed, and personable. She's an asset to the community and a valuable provider of mental health and family counseling.
Located next to the broken down tire shop in an area where people probably ask for a dollar when you get out of your car. Lock your car and be self aware. It started out great. She’s spunky, woke and fun. I was open to ideas and bettering my relationship with my future wife. That turned into interrupting me, not letting me speak, unprofessional behavior, pushing ideas and hostile passive aggressive behavior.
