My husband and I have been patients of Dr Levine's for over 20 years. We stuck with her and her Partners as they open a new office as there were many changes over the years. I'll admit we stayed more for convenience inequality. Communication has always been an issue, one way or another with this office but the last straw was not being able to take their condescending attitudes anymore. They had continuing unusual policies policies though sometimes silly and over the top you could kind of understand

She is supposed to be my son's PCP. Not once has she called him back in a over a year. No one answers the phone, there's a machine. When you ask for a call-back, your request is ignored. Since childhood he has had significant health issues that cannot be ignored and require medication and referrals to specialists. These requests go ignored. Find a doctor who cares even a bit.

My adult daughters and I have been seeing Dr. Levine for the past several years. She is intelligent and always has a calm and pleasant demeanor, which makes it easy to talk to her about what is going on. She listens carefully, is thorough with her exams and answers all of our questions in a no-nonsense way, which is the vibe of the whole clinic.
