I was so excited after seeing Dr Raynor because he finally was able to diagnose me with myasthenia gravis. He talked me into doing appointments by video. However, after looking at my chart I realized I was marked as missing an office visit which I didn’t have but had a video appointment that I attended and he took notes from. He was very through and took the time to listen to what I had to say.
Poor communication skill. Attitude of 3rd year resident. Doesn't answer patient concerns. Gives flippant glib answers to inquiries. Last visit I had a procedure done with a one word explanation. "Terrible" and he walked out of office. Have heard nothing since. As a hospital nurse for 20+ years I can honestly say I have seen very few doctors with a poorer attitude. Thank God !
