They dont take care of their property. I had to open a case with the Worcester housing department due their negligence. They took around 4 months to fix the ceiling. They are not answering my calls or replying to my emails regarding receiving my deposit back.
They are the worst!
Awful. Asked to renew my lease for 3 months with no luck and after 7 months they decided to give me 2 week notice that they were going to raise my rent. Once I left they screamed at me over the phone and declined to let me speak to their supervisor. Never fixed anything. So hard to reach. Could be contacting them for years and no one would reply. Should avoid at all cost. Would also give me less then an hour warning that people were coming into my Apartment to look at it once I was moving out.
I am a investor and Jordon is managing my condo in Hudson for the past ten plus years. Its been a great service, me never having to micro manage anything and rents directly deposited to my account every month. In the recent turnover of the unit 2 years ago the complete expense (about $20k) was paid for by them and subsequently deducted from the rent collections. I strongly recommend their service.
