best prop mngmnt – I used Jordan-Johnson Property Mngmnt to manage my rentals & they are fabulous.. Wouldn’t think about changing over. When my tenants don’t pay on time they do charge them an 8% late fee after allowing a 5 day grace period..Pretty generous in my opinion. They complete repairs as needed & quickly in my opinion. I have found if tenants are continually causing the repair problem (for example, toys in the toilet, etc.) they will pass the cost on to the tenant instead of the owner. excellent property managment services – I first was a renter & got great service from them. They do charge an 8% late fee if you are late past the 6th, but i paid in time so it wasnt an issue. My calls always got answered, as did my emails. They have a cool online program through their website for any repairs that are needed. I then hired them to rent out my moms house, they found a renter right away. What i did find out is they do collect a reserve from the owner so if the repair is over that amount, they ask for my approva... read more

Stay Away – This company provides dirty houses with no support or care for there renters. They'll Will ignore your problems while living there and scam you out of deposit. Avoid at all costs.

Defrauded – This property management company collected rent from me for three years. Today I discovered a posting on the property that the house was being foreclosed. I believed that in these economic times the best way to insure you wouldn't be in this situation would be to utilize a property mananagment company. I paid rent for three years and was never late. Today the sheriff posted a notice of forclosure. My calls to Jordan Johnson Property Mgmt were not returned.
