Jordan Auto used to be amazing and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. However, their new ownership/management is a mess. Earlier in 2025, I hit a pothole and took my car in because it was making clunking noises (there's no way you couldn't hear it). I took it to Jordan, they claimed they couldn't hear anything until I took it in the THIRD time after they put in a $700 part that wasn't even needed because the noise persisted after putting in that part. If I could give a zero I would! My 16 yr old son saved his money to buy his own vehicle. We encouraged him to buy from here where they have mechanics and thought they would be honest instead of buying from just anyone. Big mistake on our side and our son is out 8,000$. The check engine light came on within 24 hours of buying! I called and had the vehicle in at 48 hours after buying. They ran it and said it was the evac code and is probably the gas cap.
