Jordan Auto used to be amazing and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. However, their new ownership/management is a mess. Earlier in 2025, I hit a pothole and took my car in because it was making clunking noises (there's no way you couldn't hear it). I took it to Jordan, they claimed they couldn't hear anything until I took it in the THIRD time after they put in a $700 part that wasn't even needed because the noise persisted after putting in that part. If I could give a zero I would! My 16 yr old son saved his money to buy his own vehicle. We encouraged him to buy from here where they have mechanics and thought they would be honest instead of buying from just anyone. Big mistake on our side and our son is out 8,000$. The check engine light came on within 24 hours of buying! I called and had the vehicle in at 48 hours after buying. They ran it and said it was the evac code and is probably the gas cap. I thought the experience I had at Jordan's was fine until I looked at my Retail agreement and found several discrepancies. Name spelled wrong and Odemeter was incorrect. Called to report it before I transferred my vehicle license plates. Was also told that the vehicle purchased had been serviced as well, however not even three months in was sent an email for recommended service oil change and tire rotation. I bought a used van and they didn't check it out very good. It had a bad water leak the next time it rained, found a broken piece but was told that it was never in a accident. Now the headliner has water damage and they want me to pay for it
