I thought the experience I had at Jordan's was fine until I looked at my Retail agreement and found several discrepancies. Name spelled wrong and Odemeter was incorrect. Called to report it before I transferred my vehicle license plates. Was also told that the vehicle purchased had been serviced as well, however not even three months in was sent an email for recommended service oil change and tire rotation. I bought a used van and they didn't check it out very good. It had a bad water leak the next time it rained, found a broken piece but was told that it was never in a accident. Now the headliner has water damage and they want me to pay for it
