To start, Jordan gets 5 stars. You're check in process gets a 1 star. I walk in to a process that is new to me. The person at the desk says nothing. The kiosk at the desk is occupied so I went to the second kiosk. Start checking in to discover that I couldn't check in there. No directions anywhere. I had to make a mistake before anyone said a word. After my appointment, I had to go out and check in again to get labs.
