I like Kellie, she is very thorough and responsive. Payment methods can be a bit outdated but overall they are understanding and kind.
Not very customer-focused. I called a month ago and followed up twice. It just goes to voicemail. They did call once but they never followed back up.
The manager at the Florin Gardens is very rufre, unprofessional and disrespectful, her name is Malika. She kept Hanging up on me purposely, even when I asked for your information and her name she Gave it to me rudely and then hung up again in my face.
