I was told by another mechanic shop that my Lexus needed a windshield wiper arm that it was stripped out and the only place I could order it from was the dealership so I did, when I went in to pick it up I was confused by the design and how it would strip out, I asked the service technicians They came out and fixed my windshield wipers for me.
