Been going to Lexus for service and everything. Went for tire rotation , my appointment was at 9:45am. I was there at 9:40am. They took my car in. People came and left me there nobody said anything to me. Around 12:30 I went to ask about my car they said they would check. About 5 minutes later they come to tell me my car was ready. They did not wash it and yet they asked when checking in if I wanted it washed to which I said yes.
