Had a blow out coming back from a road trip and Michael and Jordan in service were extremely helpful, accommodating and did a thorough job and had us back on the road in no time. This not my home dealer but would highly recommend the service department. In addition, Teruko was very helpful.

Be very cautious before buying a car here. I came in to purchase a 2017 infiniti q50 and specifically requested a true cold start. The salesman, Russ, told me it was - but it was not. The next morning and on every actual old start since the car makes a grinding noise for 15 seconds. I took it to the dealership, and they diagnosed it with internal turbo failure, with a repair cost of $6000.
