The absolute best car buying experience ever. Russell was patient and very informative. The advertised (internet) inventory and pricing were 100% accurate. No sales pressure. No pressure to purchase dealer add on's, service agreements, warranty's, etc. We left with a new Lexus, on a holiday weekend in less than 4 hours. (At a very fair price)
