Quick, easy, the staff was VERY attentive, helpful, and I will absolutely go back if I need to. My daughter was kept waiting for a sick visit at her pediatrician (we had an appt) for several hours past the appt time because they were "busy", The staff here at Pheobe Urgent Care was incredible. We were seen in a timely manner, they were very friendly, the facility was clean and bright. The staff was professional, no one was on their cell phones, they smiled so much and made the whole visit a very pleasant one.

On 6/24/2024 my husband was taken via ambulance to this facility.  He was diagnosed with COVID; Flu & toe was infected; toe removed on 6/25.  Wed 6/26 knee became swollen & Dr. Breland assessed the knee & collar area & infection had spread.  6/28 2 procedures done by Dr. Breland.  My husband saw 12 physicians; PT; 2 NP; Wound care & not one hospital specialist or Dr mentioned being seen or referred to Infectious Disease Doctor.  But they continued him on antibiotics, which were not working.  7/11 wound vac was placed on area... read more

My husband recently had open heart surgery and Dr. Hoots was the surgeon. He is a man of "few words" but one hell of a great surgeon. My husband owes his life to Dr. Hoots and his referring cardiologist.
