I’m super frustrated with this business. I had dropped off a ring on Monday which only needed a simple resizing and they told me it would take maximum 5 days. It has now been over a week and they haven’t even called me to given me an update— I had to call them everyday asking for some sort of update to which they tell me it should’ve been in by now and simply isn’t.
