Terrible business. I visited their stand in Christiana Mall in Delaware. The sales person showed me a chain but then swapped it with a different item of lower quality and craftsmanship. This chain was defective and definitely not what was displayed. The salesperson was not transparent or truthful with the store policies and deceived me into signing a "contract" where the item was "leased" at a 400% mark-up. I’m super frustrated with this business. I had dropped off a ring on Monday which only needed a simple resizing and they told me it would take maximum 5 days. It has now been over a week and they haven’t even called me to given me an update— I had to call them everyday asking for some sort of update to which they tell me it should’ve been in by now and simply isn’t.
