At my last appointment, I heard one MA say to another, “I’m sure she will never come back,” followed by both of them laughing. I found this behavior unprofessional, disrespectful, and very discouraging as a patient. It made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Dr. Hollsten first treated me back in 2003 to remove a dermoid cyst tumor from behind my left eye. He did absolutely AMAZING, and even performed plastic surgery on my damaged skull during a surgery that was originally supposed to be a biopsy so that I wouldn't have to be cut open again. He went out of his way to make the process as easy for me as it possibly could be, and my 16 year old self was so very grateful.
