Jordan made our home buying experience great. He is very responsive and knowledgeable.
Completely wasted our time and our money! He said that we met the criteria to rent a property, and that if we increased our deposit (due to low credit score) we would be approved. $100 app fee later, we weren't approved, as he said we'd be, and he completely ghosted us! Completely unprofessional, and a scam artist! We were really counting on on this place! He said he'd even expedite the process so we'd be able to move in ASAP!
