I wish we had seen the long list of negative reviews on the BBB and other sites before making the mistake to go with Elara for my 98 year old aunt. It is an understatement to say you most certainly will regret your experience with Elara. I had a caregiver that I had personally sourced from CL to have hired with Elara bc no agencies have staff available to do even part time hours in the Denton area. We went with Elara as a choice suggested from Amerigroup because a case manager said they had staff available. But they did not.... read more
