I went here for urgent dental care and i am livid. They lied to my face when i asked for my xrays, now im getting billed by my insurance for hundreds of dollars because the girls in the office told me incorrect info. I was told I was wrong about only getting xrays every 6 months. They said if you go somewhere else they will need to do their own xrays and insurance will cover it because it's an emergency. The next week I received a notice from my insurance I'm getting billed for having a second set of xrays.

A patient from 2010 to 2016 and every doctor ignored the TBI I suffered. Not one referred me to a Neurologist for that injury, until I saw a new doctor in 2018. The falsification of my medical records should be a criminal offense. Especially the records wrutten by the LCSW who, by the way jumped ship and ran into straight into God's VENGEANCE.

If I could share a picture I would, they left me waiting for 39mins almost a damn hour so I could ask if there are appointments available because every time I go there I waste my time by being told they aren't taking any appointments for like 1-2 months, if you MF can't handle a simple call then some technology should replace you for us to be able to do the appointments online.
