Great Dr. and staff. He is our go to dentist. We drive from Georgetown.
Worst customer service ever! Rudest office personnel we have ever dealt with! Was told after asking a simple question about insurance that we should drive to Dallas and based on our income get it done for free, and to stop questioning the charges. Horrible
I usually don't do reviews but I just received a phone call that they will not see me in this office. I previously went to get my teeth looked at and they said I needed fillings and so I assumed it was a medical issue so I received fillings on my 2 front teeth about 2 months later 1 of my front teeth chipped and they refunded my money and fixed it. Dr. Minyard is excellent; the best crowns I have ever had. He takes the time to understand what your issue is and addresses it in a professional and extremely talented manner. The office is great; he provides music and pain free service. He will never over sell services. Love him!!!
Dr J Minyard has been our family dentist for years. A friend referred him to my wife and we have been here. since. No Non sence Dentistry. No assembly line approach, just common sence and he will give you options that you can afford. Patients for life, and if you try him, you will too!
