3+ years on one intersection in San Antonio and it's still not finished. You only see workers present 2 days out of the week. This has to be some kind of money laundering or under the table kick back situation. They have projects all over san antonio that move at snails pace, create massive pot holes (they dont patch over) and have no concern for traffic flow. They should be out of business.

I was just harassed by their crazy security guard at 3:30 in the afternoon. Absolutely frightening and ridiculous. I am a 50 year old registered nurse who owns a 501c3 Non profit for animals. I have lived in this neighborhood for 28 years and walked my dogs at the park my neighborhood association owns for years. I know all the local police and never cause any problems. Worst company we have ever worked for. They were sued by the owner and short paid us hundreds of thousands of dollars. Avoid at all costs.
