Well, this is the final straw. Low milage vehicle, still under warranty! Went to Jordan for an oil change, the quick lane. The advisor/ SERVICE WRITER attempted to get me to authorize almost $3000.00 in repairs none of which are recommended in the owners manual. Im very disappointed that this is where stealerships have to make their $ now. Eric Gomez was the service manager that assisted me with the noise in the back tires. He was very knowledgeable and responsive. I had my truck back in just a couple days! Highly recommend
I was pretty disappointed when I received my phone call regarding my Ranger today. My spark plugs needed to be replaced due to misfires and oil in the spark plug tube. This was due to a leak that will be covered under the warranty. Ford is trying to charge me a diagnostic fee snd spark plug replacement fee and recommends an injection cleaning and engine filter replacement due to possible carbon buildup. These plugs were changed at a Ford service location before I purchased the vehicle. These spark plugs only lasted 17k miles... read more
