Ren� at Jordan Ford Service is amazing. My vehicle had been serviced poorly (parts incorrectly installed) two weeks prior at a totally different Ford in a different town. Ren� negotiated with the other Ford to pay for the repeat repairs. I cannot describe how helpful Ren� is. Thank you!
Yati was an absolute rockstar! From the moment she approached me, her positive attitude quickly brightened my day. She took the time to understand why I brought my Mach-E in, made sure all of my concerns were addressed, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. She even made sure my Mach-E was charged to 100% before pickup and helped apply available points to lower my service bill. But the biggest surprise? I want to start with the positive because my brief visit to Jordan Ford Service Department today was excellent. From the moment I arrived at 2:20 PM, I was greeted immediately. While waiting, one employee offered me water and another stopped just to make sure I had been helped. An employee scanned my truck, then Richard came out and cleared the numerous codes, and specifically told me to return as soon as the check-engine light came back on so they could scan it again and identify the main issue. All the staff and the Jordan Ford service center took great care of me and my vehicle. They communicated very well, kept me in the loop at every opportunity, talked to me like a person, and got me in a rental ahead of schedule. Working with La’Trell on my recalls, service, and rentals was also a breeze. Seriously. When there were complications he fixed them IMMEDIATELY. Everything that was within our control exceeded expectations. Five stars from me.
