If I could rate them "0" I would. The staff is rude and unhelpful. You'll never get through to the dentist if you have a question or concern. I had teeth whitening which literally faded in less than a month and they refused to see me to correct the problem! Now, they're hounding me for $$ that my dental insurance already paid them! Stay away!
My husband and I were patients of Dr Teder's for a few years and really liked the back office. The front office, especially billing, is unprofessional, and unwilling to work with their patients. I had 2 insurances and they REFUSED to take both and cost me a lot of out-of-pocket expenses. And they REFUSED to call the second insurance to verify my benefits because "my name wasn't on the card". Recently had teeth whitening for $400. Complete RIPOFF as they didn't cover my entire mouth, leaving at least 6 teeth untouched! Dr.Teder REFUSED to discuss with me and let one of her clerks handle my complaint. They won't retouch OR provide a partial credit. I was a patient for several years but now I'll nevet go back. BUYER BEWARE!
Great dentist! Friendly staff. If you need a local dentist, Dr. Teder is the best.
Should’ve listened to my inner voice telling me to steer clear and continue my search for a family dentist instead of placing my dental needs in the hands of Dr. Teder and this practice.
