I love this branch! This is where I always come despite living in a different city. They are so polite and have good time-management skills. I also bring my dogs almost every time and they have dog treats for them which is so kind and appreciated!
Trying to teach good banking and savings practices to my young son, he has over $50 in bills and $6 in coins. The teller let him know that he is being charged a fee for the coins. Nice way to turn my kid off of savings by taking his money.
I did my auto loan through them. They made the process simple and doable. I'm grateful for their help and their excellent customer service. Thank you, Jordan Credit Union! I would be happy to work with them again.
