We were first time home buyers and Jordan was recommended to us by great friends who deem him their "house guy". I trusted their judgement and Jordan did NOT disappoint! He helped us find a great house to grow in and walked through each step of the process with me since I had NO clue what I was doing! He is so patient and reassuring! He is officially my "house guy" too! I recommend him to any of my friends looking in the Upstate area!
Jordan Corbett is a kind, honest man and a wonderful realtor. My wife and I highly recommend his services to all our friends and family. He did an excellent job helping us navigate the selling process and was always reachable with questions and concerns. Jordan was also instrumental in connecting us with great local contractors for last minute home repairs and maintenance. We were continually impressed by his level of concern for our interests and his impressive work ethic.
I do not recommend Jordan if you are selling your house. Communication was poor at best. We do not believe he fully understood the contract and caused us to lose thousands on the house.
