I had both an endoscopy and colonoscopy performed by Dr. Jordan. He and his staff provide exceptional care. I was referred by my primary care physician and was quite pleased with the level of care provided by Dr. Jordan and his excellent staff. His new facility is state of the art. I have had several visits, as well as procedures. By far one of the best medical experiences I have ever encountered. Staff is caring and compassionate, Dr. Jordan is knowledgeable, kind, listens attentively, and has an amazing bedside manner. My visit was the very best of experience at Dr Jordan’s new facility to have my procedure. His staff were professional, gentle, knowledgeable, and gelled together well. I was laughing and amazed before I went to sleep. The paper work was on an i-pad so all I had to to was sign and sit for my procedure. Several visits over the past few years have always been pleasant and the care outstanding. The last visit, Justin assisted with a telehealth visit and was very professional. Dr. Jordan, listens as always and even put up with an interruption during our call with one of my children chasing his puppy! Great staff, great care.
Went in for a routine colonoscopy. Every step of the process was explained prior to my visit, so no surprises. I was completely at ease when I got to the office and met the team. The process was explained again and they allowed me as much time as I needed for questions and concerns. Ty Klein was the nurse that prepared me for the procedure and later followed up. Deceptive business practice with hidden charges and a staff that will not answer questions or return phone calls. Additional bills will be mailed to you afew months later that were never discussed or mentioned. They wont even give the promised follow up call the next day after a procedure is performed.
The staff, nurses, anesthesiologists and the lead physician, Dr Jordan, did an impeccable job, usually the experience is kind of unpleasant for me but this visit was much better than the past 4 scopes...thanks to all at JORDAN GI in Smithfield, NC
This office is a bunch of liars. I was told by insurance person what I would be responsible for only to receive a bill for additional 1000.00 bucks. They are liars, avoid these people
Absolutely the best. Everyone is friendly extremely knowledgable and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure your visit is excellent and an enjoyable experience. I wouldn't go anywhere else and would recommend Dr Jordan to anyone needing orthodontics.
