I had a great first appointment with Dr Chapman. He's quick and thorough. I listened to what I had to say and had suggestions to start me on a path to healing. The nurses were friendly and welcoming. They were also quick with their tasks, which helps me feel that my time is important. I am happy to be a patient of Dr Chapman.
I believe he did a very good job of cleaning the wax out of my ears.
