I was there for a thyroid nodule fna biopsy, took as prescribed by my neurologist a medication (a sedating type medication) to keep my myoclonic jerks controlled for this procedure... Doctor Bushman decided to try and prescribe medication for something that wasn't relevant to the appointment... I didn't want the prescription and he was persistent... It was poor judgement on his part to pursue this subject due to my being an older senior adult while taking a sedating medication which put me in a vulnerable position mentally. ... read more
I thought Dr Bushman was the best doctor ever and I really believed that he valued me as a patient BUT sadly I was mistaken I was NEVER informed of a policy about being dropped as a patient for 3 no shows on appointments. I have ALWAYS called if I have had to reschedule an appointment and only missed appointments when I was hospitalized (which he can clearly see in Mychart) I had an appointment scheduled for 7/28 and called to see if there were any cancellations so I could be seen sooner. The receptionist was absolutely awful. Very rude and unhelpful. Will not not be going to this office because of how rude she was
