Jordan Brook Lawncare was great for a few years until they merged with Maxum Irrigation. Then communication and customer service started going down hill. I would only know they came if I saw them or when they activated my camera that covers the front yard. Last year I saw no evidence of them ever showing up for my last Fall Service. We both work from home and have a vocal dog, if they showed up we would have know or at the very least I would have seen them on camera. Brad was great! He came to spray sledge. Glad he wore his polarized glasses-it really helps to see the sledge much better. It just pops and you cannot miss where the sledge is. He is a professional, asset, knowledgeable and loves his position. His personality is spit on! 🤣 He is trustworthy and enjoys working with customers and loves his job.
