I had Jordan Brook Lawn Care Services and Maximum Irrigation for over a year, and I’m very disappointed with their reliability and customer service. They promised regular service every 6 to 8 weeks, but they never stuck to that schedule. I constantly had to call and remind them to come, and when I did, I was often met with attitude instead of accountability. Always great talking with them and they are so knowledgeable about everything. Jack is great and now Stacie is doing a fantastic job taking over the tick spraying. No ticks at all this year and lawn is perfect.
Sean has been doing my yard for years! Today he took time to walk my yard with me and go over my concerns (bent grass) unfortunately there’s not an easy fix. But the application he’s applying will kill any crab grass we noticed. Started with Custom Landscapes doing my lawn in 1979. I changed once for a couple years to save money.
