Dr Baker has a great bedside manner. She is intelligent, caring and easy to talk with. But most importantly she gets results. She has made same day follow ups on the phone. I find that rare in a doctor. I know she is taking me as her patient seriously.
I would never recommend this physician to anyone. Horrible bedside manner and she acts like you’re inconveniencing her. She sent in the wrong medication to my pharmacy TWICE. I switched physicians after that. Would never trust her giving care to my dog let alone humans.
I'm sorry I have to agree with the negative reviews on here. My relationship with Dr. Baker started off fine but after today, it's over and I will be looking for a new doctor. I had a prescribed cardiac CT scan by her on an appointment and went. After over a week her MA Michelle called me to say that everything was fine and to just keep taking my cholesterol medicine, but since I belong to the follow my health app, I read on the results some frighting things about my lungs and a reactive lymph node. I am so surprised at bad reviews! Dr. Baker-Horn is so caring and she takes time to actually listen to concerns. It seems she has all the time in the world for just you, her current patient. I’ve never had to wait and always leave feeling actually taken care of. And I think her MA is just as good! I recommend Dr. Baker all the time!
As we get older and have to find new doctors, it's hard. I highly recommend this doctor - she was warm, caring, smart, and listened. I feel I'm in good hands. Reviews help me, passing along my thoughts to help others.
