Dr. Pritikin has a wonderful bedside manner. Was seen for a consultation to evaluate a deviated septum and I felt both heard as well as included in the discussion and early decision-making. Very different experience than what I had at a different ENT office in the city last year. I won't be returning and am so glad that a former neighbor recommended Dr. Pritikin and his office. I’ve been going to Dr. Pritikin at Chicago Nasal & Sinus Center for many years for various ENT-related issues, and I’ve always had a great experience. He walked me through step-by-step every part of the exam, ensured I had a thorough understanding of my treatment options, and even went to grab me some sustenance himself when I was feeling a bit queasy. He led with empathy and it was clear he & his team have his practice down to a science - they're a well-oiled machine.
