Ordered a couple parts they could not find I had to send the a pic where was located, understand not problem. Them order a part with pic it was clearly a module, they sent the correct copy of picture when the shipped ID but the part was a push button not the module in the picture. When I called back they where rude, sent part back witch they charged me $132.50, they did not credit me and took the money. Bought the same part from another place and was charger 92.25
Called about the back glass for my 2014 f150 and was quoted 150 for a standard non sliding glass....was told it would take a day or 2 to take out so I continued looking and I'm glad I did....checked car-part.com and found that jordans had atleast 10 listed for 100.....that's kinda weird since they just quoted me 150.....went with busters over in morgantown....75$ and was out the same day
I showed up 10 min before they closed and spoke to George. After calling around for a certain part and not getting anywhere, George immediately went to the back and brought out exactly what I needed and it was way cheaper than I was expecting, he was not rushing me out and he even gave me some advice on another issue I told him about, definitely will be goin for all my future parts !

Never trust them. They sold me a transmission where they listed it as works good and it is not working at all. When tried to contact them, they said that the person who has worked with me is sick for 2 weeks. They never responded after that. When my mechanic knew about that, he told me that same story with engines happened to 2 of his customers.
